When your filed accounts and management accounts are in, submit your case. We check the numbers, test the add-backs and look at the risks a buyer will see. If we need more, we ask you in the portal. Most reviews take around 5 working days.

If it is a fit, we invite you to a call with our founder to discuss your goals, timing and options. You can also book a call at any point.
Your route to a sale
Route A: Eleys Acquisitions Group may make an offer to buy the business directly.
Route B: With your agreement, we introduce you to matched investors and buyers from our network. They first see an anonymous summary only. Names, documents and details are shared only after they sign an NDA and you say yes.
Due diligence and completion
We help keep the process moving, and work alongside your accountant and solicitor until the deal completes.
