This website is run by Eleys Group Ltd (company number 11821703), trading as Eleys Acquisitions Group ("we", "us").
2. The valuation tool is an estimate, not advice
The valuation tool gives an automated, indicative range based only on the information you enter and general assumptions. It is not a formal valuation and is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Do not rely on it to make decisions. A real price depends on evidence, due diligence, market conditions and deal terms. Take advice from qualified professionals.
3. Your account
Keep your password private. You are responsible for the information and documents you upload, and you confirm you have the right to share them with us. Tell us if anything you have given us is wrong or changes.
4. No obligation
Using the website does not oblige you to sell, or us to buy or introduce your business. Any offer, engagement or introduction will be agreed separately in writing.
5. Confidentiality
We keep information you share in confidence and use it as set out in our privacy notice. We share identifying details with an investor only with your agreement and after they sign a confidentiality agreement.
6. Investors
Investors who join the network agree that a success fee is payable to us if they complete a transaction with a business introduced through us. The fee and its terms will be confirmed in a written agreement before any introduction. Investors must make their own enquiries and take their own advice. We do not give investment advice or recommend any investment.
7. Liability
We provide the website "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the valuation tool, the assistant or the website content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
